HR cannot follow up after an interview, even if it's just sending an email from indeed. HR complained how busy she and they still use paper applications
Applied for customer service position was told would hopefully know by early next week. I never heard anything so I called back at the end of the week to let her know that I was still interested. I was told she was in a meeting and never heard back. During the interview HR manager complained the whole time how busy she was and they are still using paper applications. I applied for the position on Indeed, all she had to do was send out an email. Very Unprofessional!!!
