Dr Luke Chen & staff are amazing/helpful/professional & courteous
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hooi for four years. He is professional and always listens to his patients' needs and concerns. I’ve improved a lot under his care. Thank you also to receptionist Samantha, who is always helpful and supportive.
The reception staff are very helpful and friendly, with excellent customer service. Dr. Wai Foong Hooi is caring, patient, and professional. My mother felt very well looked after here. Highly recommend this clinic.
I was referred here for a Nerve Conduction Study for my right wrist, in late 2023. The original Dr for the appointment was Steven Ng. When I got there, the Neurologist insisted 3x on scanning my left hand, I declined twice before relenting. My left hand was established to be also injured, in a prior report from 2022. This neurologist then claimed that my left hand was "fine", even though it had the same injury(Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) but worse than my right hand, which was also confirmed(right hand) to be injured.
