I was referred here for a Nerve Conduction Study for my right wrist, in late 2023. The original Dr for the appointment was Steven Ng. When I got there, the Neurologist insisted 3x on scanning my left hand, I declined twice before relenting. My left hand was established to be also injured, in a prior report from 2022. This neurologist then claimed that my left hand was "fine", even though it had the same injury(Carpal Tunnel Syndrome) but worse than my right hand, which was also confirmed(right hand) to be injured. WARNING ⚠️ do not see Dr Hue Mun Au Yong. Many issues, she documented incorrectly, unfactually even mis-diagnosed me in 30mins of first appointment. She is refusing to refer me to a seizure clinic at hospitals and decided not to run any testing herself. She has caused me more issues now than helped. Rung me make appointments so she can undo her mistakes, after I've requested to rectify, either denial or no answer. It's best to report now to Doctor Board, as no resolution and she's made up history. Unanswered emails, very unp... read more

Have now seen Dr Steven and can highly recommend this clinic. He is thorough and professional and actually listens to the patient. Awaiting to see Dr Steven and Dr Chen. I hope they are as lovely as the receptionist i dealt with a few times over the phone today. What's already been a stressful experience for me the receptionist (can't remember her name) was more than happy to answer all of my questions and help out. Fingers crossed i will also have a good experience with the neurologists and up my review to 5 stars. Thanks
