I went to this office for the first time in may 2024. I waited an hour and a half past my appointment time. DR. Self looked at my scans for 2 minutes then I was rushed out of the office after being carted from one waiting room to the next to wait for my eyes to dilate. I called the office showing my concerns obviously distraught about the situation. The receptionist hung up on me the office manager was even more disrespectful and rude rather then de-escalating the situation instead was extremely rude to me interrupted every ... read more
