Great group of guys – Hi, I just wanted to give Eastern Lettering a boost of confidence. We took our kids hockey jerseys in there to have Captain patches put on, and they turned out sooooo good. Never would have thought I could get them fixed. Thanks for getting us the authentic letters for our hockey jerseys.
Custom Football Jersey – Hey, I got my custom jersey in the mail today. It looks fantastic and the craftmanship is top of the line. Not bad at all for $69.99. A great deal. These guys also gave me a 20% coupon off of my next order and I plan on using it right away. I have a hockey jersey that I am going to get customized with my name on it. I can get the real numbers from them as well as the letters. I am just waiting to get paid so I can send it in for customization.

RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – ordered $180 worth of lettering 9/16. 2 months later and still NOTHING. now he's not answering emails. i called today to check status of order and gave order #. was put on hold and then hung up on. RIP OFF!!! reported to BBB. will also file complaint w state as suggested in other review where person was ripped off. wish i had seen this page earlier..
Not honest or reliable – Ordered a very small order of hockey jersey captians letters several weeks ago and they have not delivered the letters. Simple order and they continue to give me false dates of arrival. I would never use this company.
RIGHT TIME, RIGHT PLACE!! – These guys helped me out so much, that all of the parents on our hockey team are going to call them. They did a quick project for us. We needed Captain Patches for our Hurricanes jerseys. No one could produce them in such a quick time, except for Eastern Lettering. We had about 14 jerseys and they had them all sewn on them for us w/in 2 business days. Wow!! I was totally impressed. This company SUCKS!!! – On August 31, I called this company, and later that day placed a Minnesota Twins jersey in the mail to be customized. I was billed for the work three days later. When October rolled around, I tried e-mailing several times, but got no response. I finally tried calling, and was told that the jersey would go out the following Monday. Guess what? It's November.
