Never received items. It has been a month. – Can I give zero star? The worst transaction I have ever done. Ordered some jersey numbers a month ago, never came, they took the money and whenever I call I leave a message. I also emailed. Nothing! How can you take the money and disappear? Is this a scam company? If someone related to the company read this, you need to call me. Order #3902. I can change the review. But until I hear anything, I need to inform the future customers that you are a scam.
Custom Jerseys – Eastern Lettering did a very good job on my jersey. Can't wait for the store to open up.
Accurate Work & Great Service – We brough 10 custom hockey jerseys to Eastern Lettering to have them numbered and they turned out so great. I was pleased with the detail of each stitch and the accuracy of the font that we asked for. It was done in a speedy manor too. Our customers were so happy to see what they paid for. 5 STARS *****

TERRIBLE BUSINESS! – If I could rate this 0 starts, I would! Maurice is not easy to work with, is very unprofessional, & he will bill you the next day. Eastern Lettering- BAD BUSINESS! – i rate this poor business with a zero star if possible. they took my money for custom numbers for a jersey, but they did NOT send the numbers. its been a week since they were supposed to send the numbers, and they still havent responded to any emails, they havent sent a tracking number and they will not return phone calls. they are thieves!
Do NOT Use Eastern Lettering - They are incompentant – Quick to bill - Maurice is unprofessional. I placed the order on the 8th. They billed me on the 8th. I shipped them a Jersey July 9th. They received July 10th. I was given invalid / incomplete pricing information. But at that time gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now it is August 11th, and they have shipped nothing. Takes your $ and does not deliver – If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a custom Jersey in early December 2009. It is now the end of May and I have still not received it. I live in Canada and they claimed that customs had it for 3 months then returned it, fine I'll give Eastern Lettering that but then I offered to have a large freight forwarding company come and pick it up at my expense, they agreed and said it was sent.
