NEVER buy anything from this company – WOULD GIVE A NEGATIVE NUMBER OF STARS IF IT WAS POSSIBLE I placed a phone order on June 16, 2011 for a Cleveland Indians baseball jersey name plate, lettering and numbers along with the number 2 for a North Carolina baseball jersey. Same Day Shipping – I called Eastern Lettering at 3:30 in the afternoon and needed letters for a project immediately. They shipped them out the same day for me and I received them the very next day. The customer service rep was very nice & did not rush me off of the phone like another company did. I am very impressed with their pricing & their lettering. Custom Maryland Jersey – I sent in my Terps jersey to get customized and it came back today. It turned out great and much better than I would have thunk (is that really a word?). But having this jersey brought me back to my college days and I just love it. Thanks for your help.
Quality Workmanship & Pricing – My order was received yesterday and it was very nice. It came with complete instructions. I got the prestitched numbers and all I did was heat press them onto my blank jersey and now it looks professional. Never would have thunk it!! Thanks for selling this product!
Over one month and still waiting – I wish I had seen this site before I ordered anything. Ordered letters on Apr 22. I emailed them on May 14 to ask where my order was. They said a color was on BO (Why didn't they let me know that on Apr 22?) and should receive my order "end of next week." It's May 25, still no show and no email response. Cool Dudes – Just wanted to put it out there that by far we had great success using Eastern Lettering for our AAU basketball team. Our jerseys always look the best because we use a seamstress to sew our stuff on and outshine other teams because they look the best. We have told other people about them so hopefully they get more exposure. The pricing is right and they send me 25% off coupons all of the time, that pretty COOL DUDE!!!
13 Year Old Travel Team – Eastern Lettering put our logo and numbers on our teams jerseys. They all looked so nice. The parents were amazed how good they look because our last vendor didn't do a good enough job. But Eastern Lettering's workmanship was worth the price. We have passed their name along to the other teams in the league as well.
Who Dat? Who Dat? – Received my Drew Brees custom Saints jersey. Almost like I bought it at the store. Its a pretty hot jersey, no doubt!!
A Warning – Notice a pattern with the reviews here? It's either 1 star or 5 stars. Don't ya think it's odd that 2 postive reviews (always both created on the same date) follow a negative review. Every time a negative review is entered someone comes here to make 2 positive reviews. Just look at the two previous examples, and the 2 positive before that, and the 2 before that..
