Rachel at the front desk was the most unprofessional receptionist I have ever come across... let me tell you how my experience with Rachel and the doctor went. The first time I called I had Rachel on speaker with my therapist who recommended me to this place, I live in Georgetown and she told me I had to come all the way to Winchester for her to get my info.. false. If i could give this place one star I would. Please check other options before this place. This owner knows what is going on at this facility and doesn't seem to care that the receptionist treats patients like dirt. She is a huge control freak! When called and asked for the owner to give us a call, no one ever called or even emailed us. So sickening, that these folks are sitting back getting rich while letting their staff treat people like dirt. There are much better places to go. I had a great experience through the partial day program through Eastern Kentucky Recovery but I have to be honest the second that I graduated there it seems like all they were worried about was money. I miss my appointment for my medication through Eastern Kentucky because of my work and I had let them know way ahead of time that I would not be able to make the appointment and they flat out would not reschedule or work with me on rescheduling my appointment.
