RecommendedOur experience has been nothing but amazing. We drive over 5 hours for our visits to see Dr. Rutter. Our boy came to him with a trache, the doctor did reconstruction surgery, and we now no longer have a trache. The airway nurses were very caring & helpful every time we have been here. We are so thankful for Dr. Rutter, the nurses and the staff here.

Came to get tubes in my daughter’s ears.!3 minutes before we were set to go in someone shows up and says it will be another 90 minutes! My daughter hadn’t had food since 9:45. Ridiculous no one else in any profession gets to do this to people! My daughter is 9 months old she should never go that long without eating! Terrible experience Now it’s a 2 hour and 30 minute delay! This place is terrible Will never step foot in your downtown location again!
