Dr Touzan and her staff are timely, friendly, compassionate and professional. I appreciate the level of care that they give.
My only issue was with the technician, He was very cold and really didn't seem like he wanted to be at work dealing with patient care, His attitude wasn't pleasant at all, However I still told him to be blessed and have a good day and yes he did respond to that. I would never desire for anyone to lose their job, However if they need to be retrained of course that would be fair. For years SWM has provided great care to me. I am 89 and I contribute that age to the health care I have received from SWM and the good doctors and staff.
