I honestly am unsure if I have the words to express my gratitude to your employees for their amazing service, but I will try! I placed an order with another company early the day I needed flowers delivered, and they gauranteed delivery that day. They messaged me at 4:15 stating the wouldnt be able to deliver my flowers, and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes it took me another 20 minutes to get a refund.
