I’ve been with them for most of my life with no issues (other than most expensive place) and I think they’ve made a mistake by joining MyEyeDr. Shipped wrong lense material for my glasses. Staff called the manufacturer and response was the facility burned down and they couldn’t give me the high index lenses... so I got my money back. Then, weeks later, I have tried for 3 days to get a signed copy of my prescription... each time I called (multiple times per day) I got transferred to a voicemail box that was full. The staff on the optical side are rude and will rush you to make a decision. I called the office manager to tell her about my experience and she said she would take care of it but failed to ask me who the employee was that was rude. People should realize that you should treat people kindly no matter what because you never know what type of burden they are carrying. Just so happened my grandfather had passed and I was in there to try and take my mind off of it. That’s my last time going in there spending my money.
The absolute worst patient care I have ever experienced. I will NEVER go back to this office again.

Dr Reese at Eastern Eye Associates is so amazing! He knows we homeschool, so he gave us a very interesting lesson today on the eye. He pulled up an interactive screen and really explained so patiently �
Well I went to pick up my husbands contacts which was 260.00 dollars .I was told it was because they were XR.So I paid for them and when I got home I saw only one box was XR which is more expensive then the regular.When I called the next day I was told well the prices went up.My question was how was I charged 130.00 for both boxes .My receipt says both are XR. So I went in there and they already knew what I was there for and directed me to another window for a refund.The lady who handled the refund didn't say sorry about tha... read more
