The entire office...from the front desk, to the xray tech, to the hygienist, and finally the dentist, were incredibly kind and professional and made me feel at ease. I'd recommend Eastern Dental to anyone and everyone.
Staff was extremely unprofessional. While in midst of a pandemic, they were asking family members to leave which is definitely acceptable. HOWEVER, the girl at the front desk was wearing her mask 30 percent of the time, the man next to her had the mask on half of his face and the man in the back with patients and grabbing charts. NO MASK! I would not return to this office. Staff was childish and rude to customers
Horrible. I’m stuck here because of insurance. Don’t do it.
My insurance company said your office should be sending me my notice of appeal approval check but your office staff keeps telling me to contact my insurance company! Your office has been paid twice for my appointment and you need to reimburse me. Please let your patients know when your office will reopen.
Due to COVID-19 our practices are treating emergency patients only until further notice, please contact the practice if you experiencing pain, swelling or bleeding and a doctor will promptly call you back.
After waiting 90 minutes, I decided to leave. My husband stayed, after he waited another 30 minutes he finally decided to leave. Poor service and no apologizes for such inconvenience. To bad, we liked the Dentist too..
