Worst dentist ever! Work done there is mediocre. Wait time is ridiculous and now the computers are down and they are closed so I can’t attend my appointment that I scheduled weeks in advance. Waste of a sick day!

Been a patient here for almost 4 years now, and I can say this office has deff changed for the better! Had a visit there 2 days ago, for a tooth I needed pulled, they were able to see me same day I called. Ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful, other workers that I was in contact with were very caring and friendly as well, the doctor that pulled my tooth was awesome and made it comfortable and cracked a few jokes I told them with my next appt (need a root canal done) I requested to have same doctor! the whole s... read more
One star because no stars is not an option. Buyer Beware! This office is not transparent with their billing practices. Please verify your charges with your insurance company and reconcile your account often. My family and I have been over billed and we have caught over billing and have detected unethical billing methods where the patient is not consulted and pre-billed on estimates that are not realistic and favorable to Eastern Dental.
