I know this is a long review, but please take the time to read. My dentist of over 10 years recently stopped accepting my insurance, which led me to source out a new dentist. Being from Tinton Falls Eastern dental is literally a stones throw from where I live. My first visit to Eastern dental was after I crumbled a tooth in my mouth after eating pizza. RecommendedHighly recommend Julie for a cleaning. She was so gentle that I fell asleep! Also, I called complaining of tooth pain as a new patient and was accepted same day!

This is the worst dental practice! They treat you like a #, make you wait too long & have no idea how to bill properly. Six months ago they put an ill-fitting crown in my mouth, twice!! After fixing it once, they assured me the second one was "fine, we'll see you in 6 months." Six months later there's gaps around it and several small surface cavities near it! Strong possibility they cracked the filling behind it, too! When I kindly asked to have my account credited my remaining $85 balance... they asked me to come in again! ... read more
They make you sit way to long even though you schedule a first appointment! I had a scheduled apptment this past week - not one parking spot in their huge lot available. Went in and told the receptionist. She said I can stay in handicap for now but must move when a space was available! I dont think so! They were packed and behind schedule. Had to insist she reschedule I make appointments not to wait hours.
