I wasn't in room with Kaleigh but she was upset because the Doctor asked her who her orthodontist was and that her one tooth was she think he said "buckled". She's sensitive and I think because she takes pride in her teeth was upset the way he said that to her. The next day she had ortho appt. and we mentioned to the Dr. and they said they know about it and are going to file it down because it's to big.
Extremely professional, courteous staff. Highly recommend!
