AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL experience! I began Invisalign treatment 11/12, have not been been able to get a second appointment yet to move forward. I have to call every morning at 8am hoping for a cancellation. Meanwhile, I’ve been in the same retainers since Thanksgiving, you’re only supposed to wear them for 2 weeks and move on. The entire experience is embarrassing and the last set that I had, although comfortable, looked nothing at all like my natural smile before I lost it. So I have never smiled in photos, and I’ve been extremely uncomfortable with not recognizing my smile in the mirror. I know this is a long review, but please take the time to read. My dentist of over 10 years recently stopped accepting my insurance, which led me to source out a new dentist. Being from Tinton Falls Eastern dental is literally a stones throw from where I live. My first visit to Eastern dental was after I crumbled a tooth in my mouth after eating pizza. RecommendedEmergency visit today . Dr Cisar was great I made him a little nervous when I cried but he calmed me down and gave me options. The hygienist Julie was so sweet. She took her time and explained ever step she was doing. I have a bunch of work to hav done but this is a great start. Thanks for dealing with my panic for the dentist
They canceled my son and I cleaning 4x. now they are telling me their first avaliable is March. Do not go here they do NOT care about the patients. VERY UNACCEPTABLE
I started getting a toothache 2 weeks ago on and when I went there this week they said I needed another root canal but because I still owed them $65 from an unrelated extra teeth cleaning that they talked me into getting, they won’t even let me make the appointment for the root canal. I told the receptionist that I would have the money before the appointment but she still wouldn’t allow me to make the appointment saying it’s a rule from corporate.
