RecommendedThe worst part was getting a call back to make an appointment. I should have it was an emergency. I was able to speak to a person today, and he was seen at 2pm. Teeth cleaned, xrays, wisdom tooth problem. Done and in the car by 3:30. I would certainly recommend them. I’ll be back.
Clear your schedule! 1 hour and 25 minutes just in the waiting room! My time is as valuable as theirs.
Just visited the office for my daughter’s first appt only to find it closed. Nobody bothered to call and let me know the appt was cancelled. So far not impressed.

I have been going to Eastern Dental for 24 years and I have never had a problem. If I have to wait sometimes its worth it because I get the same undivided attention that was given to the patient before me. I was a little upset when Dr. Rastaino was given a well deserved promotion, however in came Dr. Molino who is a great doctor and his work is impeccable. The staff is always sweet and very professional.
Very bad customer service. They really don't care.
I like Eastern Dental. They always take good care of me and my son goes there too. He's got the Smile program and it works really well for him.
