I never leave reviews but in this case I hope I can spare someone else from my experience. First, I want to say a friend told me this place ruined her teeth before I went but I figured I'd been years and I'd be fine. Big mistake! I went for a routine check up when I was told I needed fillings. During the procedure I heard my tooth crack which they insisted it didn't. When I got home hubby saw the crack on back of tooth. I called asked to see a different dr. Still they insisted no crack. I had several fillings done that still... read more

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. ex..was comfused about why teeth were getting filled again..when I was told that the other side needed filling next time... when I brought it up again..they poceeded to fill without explaination.I got the feeling that lunch was overdue...and I was being rushed out when I was there.
