Terrible service, extremely slow, I was lucky it was an insurance claim and everything was covered, labor charges would have been insane. Front desk staff are nice but do nothing for you. Manager useless too. I made the mistake of leaving my sunglasses in my vehicle, it magically got “lost”. Would not bother with these guys. They work together with the dealership and blame each other for lack of organization and slowness. Awful dealing with them

ACX Kildonan did a great job on my Tesla Model Y (I usually would not have considered them, but body work shops in Winnipeg for Tesla is very limited)...something on the highway reached up and tore up the Underbody rear floor cover (2 sections). I was able to schedule an estimate appt within a week, and then scheduled the work to be done 3 weeks later (to make sure the parts arrived in time). costumer service is good very nice people, they helped me alot doing work on my truck, roger and renz help me on my front collision last time and did a great job doing it.
