After getting turned away from every other dealer-attached bodyshop I went to, Eastern took me on, despite the fact that I did not buy my Jeep there. I thought it was a small warranty issue, a bit of corrosion. Kendra found the same issue in 5 more spots, and is trying to get all of it covered. Amazing. Had an MPI claim and from the day I called them to the day I got my truck back was 1 week. Absolutely crushed it. Even went above and beyond to detail the inside of the truck. Also Danielle the adjuster was great to work with. Will come back.
