I had my alternator breakdown early in the morning, and they had it fixed in 3 hours at a decent price. They had great communication and took me in even if they didn't have room. Also saved me a couple of days instead of waiting for parts.
Went to pick up a part that is only available at the dealership. First was told by the employee behind the service desk "I am not a mechanic I need the vin number". After giving him the part number he told me there were none in the city and to try Piston Ring. I then spoke with a friend of mine who looked it up and said that there were tons. I then called another dealership in the city - turns out they have 67. Perhaps the employee needs better customer service and to learn to read the inventory properly.
