I just had some warranty work done to my Ram truck. The guys at Eastern really went to bat for me with the Chrysler warranty department. I was very pleased to see them stand behind their product. Count me once again as a very satisfied customer. My next truck will definitely be a Ram from Eastern.
Horrible experience start to finish - Look elsewhere, not honest people and operate very poorly and unethically.
Amazing people and even more amazing service. Brought in the Jeep due to some problems that occurred after I got my vehicle back from a different shop. Erwin sent me pictures and always kept me in the loop. He even went over and beyond when they tried to save my engine. All their staff did. Overall best service I've ever had and recommend ANYONE to go there to get anything fixed. 10/10.
