Took my child to be seen had no problem wearing a mask myself but was refused service at the door because my 2&3 year old would not wear a mask. That 2 year old that was refused service was found to have an ear infection at urgent care who did NOT make her wear a mask to be seen. I was in and out of McLeod urgent care in less than 30 minutes with answers and a prescription for my child. Doctors/ NPs are wonderful- never had an issue with wait times. The office staff upfront has always been rude and makes the environment extremely uncomfortable with their unhappy attitude.
I've been trying for weeks to get a shot record sent to our new provider. Medical records release was signed and office refuses to release all the records as they should. I'm well past being done with this office. I filed a formal complaint with DHEC. I don't recommend this office to anyone!
The nurse practitioner didn’t swab my daughter for the flu (my husband took her there first) saying that her fever wasn’t high enough to check for flu- I then took her back the next day and she had the flu!! This time of going back and forth made the small window of getting Tamiflu and it being effective were then gone and she missed a whole week of school! Love everyone at this place! Most have known me since I was a baby and mainly saw Dr. Davis but I did see the others that were there then, too. Now, all 3 of my kids have gone there since they were born, also. They are all AMAZING!
