Had an account there once upon a time, salesman was trained and encouraged to be a rude collection agent and not honor quotes or returns. No communication between accounting, management and sales. Zero professionalism. They still owe me 500 dollars approximately on a credit that they didn't process for 6 months and now won't answer my calls to reimburse me. Would not buy from there if they were the only supplier on earth. They are hanging by a thread to survive this economy but clearly are too dumb and set on there failing ... read more
