I usually buy most of my materials from another supplier in town but I called one day and had the pleasure of talking with Jake Banks. I’m used to dealing with horrible and rude customer service even though I spends tens of thousands of dollars. Also just ordered some siding through him at Richard’s and was very impressed with their customer service and delivery time. They delivered the materials on the same day and that is impressive.
