Always had good service and courteous people there
Whoever the guy is that’s answering your phone at the store, 6-19, at 4:10, should be send home. (I pressed option one). This guy is obviously having a bad day and does not want to be there. Didn’t bother finishing asking my question because you could tell he wasn’t going to take any time or effort to help with anything.
They have what is needed,license,bait,trailer parts,boat parts,fishing and crabbing equipment.
The timely matter parts are sent out. The amount of service and willing to help and fix problems with what they sell. Thank you Drew got the trailer up and going tonight because of the wonderful service that you provide.
I would never recommend this business. I ordered a hub on Jan 15. Got a email saying shipped on Jan 16. On Jan 22 I call to inquire. And they say it hasn’t shipped and should ship today. Quoting it’s a drop ship from manufacturer and they are behind. Maybe I should have been aware of that. And the shop my trailer is at is charging $65 per day from Jan 20 until the part arrives. Meaning I’m going to wind up paying 250-300 bucks because of this company. Never do business with them. 1 Star.
6 days to ship Priority Mail parts to NorCal...Unacceptable, rude customer service. Don't order online if you need parts fast. Never again.
I recently made a purchase for a product that was not returnable, which was never expressed by the staff. I was told nothing could be done even when I would accept store credit and a restocking fee. Where is the customer support, I now understand that it is their store policy. But I have been a loyal customer for years and informed them about a purchase I was planning that is over 4 times the amount of the product I wish to return, which can easily be resold as it was never used.
