Ron and Don Easterby are products of the Lowcountry. Born and raised in Charleston, they have been in the restaurant business for over thirty years. Growing up in the West Ashley area of Charleston, they spent their youth playing sports at St. Andrews Playground. Horrible service, the food was good but the service ruined it. There was no wait and not that busy.
I was a regular at that establishment until I moved out the city then I visited randomly I will never forget the service that I received from the assistant manager Alicia then when I tried to tell the owner Don he tried to patronize me while telling Alicia she don't have anything to worry about then he tells me to leave the store I have never been treated so horribly my entire life all because I wanted to tell the owner about the nasty attitude I was getting from his manager and no I did not raise my voice at one time
The owner and staff have horrible attitude and don't give good customer service. They let their staff talk to customers like trash!

The Food and the staff is nasty.. and both under fried...Place was empty and I see why..Easterbys has really went down from s 5 star to 2 star restaurant..Sorry
Great food at reasonable prices I will go back again
We were in kinda late but had a WONDERFUL time. Alicia had things made to order for us when our kids were being weird and asking for extra this and that. Meal was great, service was great, wish we had time to go back before we have to go home!
Food was good, service was great. Alicia was very friendly and attentive. The only thing I would have changed was the oysters could have been fried a bit longer but other than that it was great. I plan to return.
