I absolutely love Easter Island. It is the only place I ever go for body jewelry. The store has many other interesting things too. Glad that they are in Lynchburg!!

My wife picked up a display oil burner and the top was not attached. It fell and broke. The store actually made her pay the $17 for the thing. What kind of store does that anymore? Anyway, you got your $17, but you lost another customer. Any other store, especially a retail chain, would have cleaned up the glass and apologized for not providing a safer environment to shop in.

children, did the best to offer a pleasant visit. It was not easy. We had many customers that deserved the same attention. I am sorry about the incident you mentioned. I do not think we can afford to pay for broken merchandise due to the lack of care from customers. There are more than one sign about it in the area where we display the oil burners. I have been looking for several years to find someone who could fix my wedding ring. Everyone wanted to take the stone out and start fresh, but Luis LISTENED to me and fixed my ring with the original stone remaining. I can't say enough about what a great shop this is and how eclectic the items are in it! There's really something for everyone. Check it out!!!!
