First- Devon knows the IRS Resolution process like the back of his hand. When I left his office the first day of my consult, we had already completed necessary paperwork to start the IRS Resolution process. He mailed it out the next day! Receptionist was very nice but had a meeting scheduled with the attorney who was a no call no show. Had to call them to find out they had more important calls going on. Asked me to reschedule to a different day entirely. I wouldn’t trust them to keep their appointments or show up to court when needed
