Dr. Rangedara is amazing. I’ve never had a family dr that is so on top of my health and down to earth. She is quick to get back to you and has great availability. Her front office staff are amazing and friendly.
The kind of medical clinic that will kick you when you’re already down (ironic, since we go to see doctors when we aren’t well). One expects to be treated with kindness - don’t. They forget what you struggle with, treat you in ways that exacerbate your symptoms and expect you to do their jobs for them (follow ups, etc) They forget appointments they make with you, they mistreat symptoms, they will make mistakes and then chalk it up to “they aren’t endocrinologists” (then maybe don’t prescribe hormone altering meds?). Made the journey all the way to the clinic to get some requisitions as i've been having severe ankle pain for weeks. I get there and no one is at the desk. Wait for 20 minutes for the Dr to return to be told there's no doctor in today for walk ins. You should really put it somewhere that your walk in doesn't have a doctor for over a WEEK?! people have work and lives and need to plan around these things. it's called a walk in so i can walk in not call before to see if the doctor is in the walk in?! now i've wasted my 4 hours ... read more
