I had always had a good experience here and previously left a 5-star review, but today’s interaction was unnecessarily unpleasant. I selected “High Pressure Soap,” but only plain water came out. I calmly asked the attendant where the soap was and whether that option was empty or broken. I was not asking for a refund, free time, or anything else—I only wanted a simple answer.
