Llevo ya 5 meses viviendo aquí, pero anteriormente hace como 1 año atrás vine de visita al departamento de unas amistades y en aquel momento se veía que el condominio era satisfactorio, más que mis amistades me decían que Marlen la manager que estaba en ese momento era muy atenta y se preocupaba por el confort de sus huéspedes,yo tengo que acabar de cumplir dicho contrato xq sino debo pagar 2 meses de alquiler para poder abandonar la pieza ,ya que tanto yo como mi familia que vivimos ahy nos dimos cuenta que es un completo d... read more

The apartments are in a deplorable state, infested with vermin such as mice and cockroaches. The interior is deteriorating, with fixtures and fittings prone to disrepair. Furthermore, the inadequate soundproofing results in disturbances, leading to frequent complaints about noise, particularly concerning children.

Went by to view the one and two bedrooms. Great walk-through of the model! Great experience! I lived here 29 years ago when we were kids, and it was such an awesome place to live. Eastborough is right across the street from the Town East and by tons of vibin restaurants and schools! Very pleasant young lady in the office!!! She deserves a raise seriously!!!

The first sign that I shouldn't have moved into these apartments was when a mouse appeared during the initial showing. The manager then showed me another unit. The first couple of months were fine, but once summer arrived, cockroaches were everywhere. I'm a clean person, so they were clearly coming from neighboring units. I had the apartment sprayed monthly, which was the only solution offered. As a family with children living in the middle unit, we inevitably faced noise complaints from the downstairs neighbors. I lived in these apartments for 3 years. The only reason I stayed that long was due to my son’s school. I had nothing but issues the entire time I was there. It is falsely advertised as well. There is no work out room or anything of that nature. The maintenance does the cheapest fix possible. The tile in my kitchen was broken when I moved in. They told me they would get someone asap over to fix it. That didn’t happen till a couple weeks after and only because my son who was 5 at the time, sliced his foot open on the broken t... read more
