Excellent management and an amazing place to live. Great apartment layouts with access to Kellogg nearby. Close to the mall and restaurants.
I am saddened to report that this is not a great apartment complex. While my townhouse here was nice at first, only a month into renting, the basement flooded with blackwater (sewage). This became a semi-monthly occurrence throughout my time there. I cleaned it up and reported it each time, not wanting to live with that. Other minor issues occurred, but were always expertly handled by Ms Marlen when she worked there. However, as it came time for me to move out. 0/10 Highly would not recommend this Place ! In our building The tenant above a vacant unit owns a large dog and has been allowing it to urinate and defecate all over his balcony. The waste then drops down onto the balcony of the vacant apartment, which residents—including myself—have to walk past in order to reach our homes. Myself as well as others in this same building have called and complained to management about this issue.
