I’ve lived here for a year now and I am please to say that I’ve enjoyed every day of it! The pool is always clean, as well as the surrounding property. property manager Brittany is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always goes out of her way to make sure all of her tenants are well taken care of. Eastborough apartments have been a wonderful place to call home and I am excited for another year of peace.
Do not recommend, evicted me for not paying rent but yet everything breaks . Multiple photos of nice , everytime i ran my tub upstairs in the town home the ceiling leaked right above the light which I would assume is not a real good electrical problem
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had renting here. The office lady Brittany is daft, to put it a nice way. She continuously gave us incorrect information about deposits, what the money we were giving them went towards, and how much we would owe for the final month of rent. It took me contacting the owner in our last month there so they would get it adjusted correctly due to the negligence on their part for giving us the wrong information.
