The customer service is fantastic and it comes through at every stage. They treat you the way they'd want to be treated. A real person quickly answers a call, they know what they're doing, they do it and follow through. Have been using them since 2011. The web site has evolved into a very good one for self service routine filings, and there's always a friendly staff member to answer questions if needed.
Finally just wanting to send out some kudos publicly for this mailing service business . . . we have been using their services now for a few years, and they are always very responsive, prompt, helpful, interpersonal but still professional . . . suffice it to say we are very happy with their service.
