It took less time than I had envisaged to get my renewal done. Website is very easy to navigate and the staff service is awesome.

DO NOT GO THERE FOR BUSINESS! The office is managed by Gen Z staff who clearly have no understanding of business conversions or professional client interaction. They are unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude when you visit; often yelling at you for not checking your email first. They permanently refused me service and stated they didn’t want to do business with me anymore simply because they were having lunch and claimed that all interactions should be handled by email, not in person.
