Brought my bike and a spare left crank arm in to Eastbank Cyclery to see if they could switch it out with the broken one that was on the bike. They fixed it within a couple of minutes and charged me peanuts for the job. I will definitely be bringing my bike here for any future problems!
I am just getting into cycling and am a novice at best, I can tell you based on my 2 experiences at this shop so far , these guys really look out for the new guy! I was educated on the different options , they did not try to oversell me on anything. In fact there were a lot of things I was ready to buy thinking I needed it and they advised against it as it wasn't a necessity to get started. Great Customer Service!

5 stars in every aspect. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who will make sure that you leave satisfied on whatever your cycling (and triathlon) needs are. The mechanics are fantastic and always have outstanding turnaround time. I would not go anywhere else! Thank you for everything gentlemen and keep up the great work!
