In 2015 I did a bicycle tour from New Orleans to Santa Cruz California. I bought my bike at Eastbank never expecting that they would buy a wheel for me when it broke in Ely, NV. They paid for it with a credit card over the phone to a bike shop in Carson City. To say the service they provide is above and beyond what is expected is an understatement. They have a loyal customer for life in me.
