They towed my truck when I was correctly registered into their vehicle registration system. They refused to take any of the responsibility, and basically just said "oops, sorry!". Costed me $300 plus Uber fare to get to the impound lot, not to mention 2 hours out of my day when I was supposed to be driving out of town.
