Es un magnífico lugar, sobre todo para personas de la tercera edad, tranquilo, buenos vecinos y sobre todo la mannager es una excelente persona, atenta, amable, preocupada por sus inquilinos y un mantenimiento estable y rápida solución ante cualquier inconveniente a través de un excelente señor de mantenimiento.
Lived here for just a year, apartments are cheap and falling apart. Very dark inside. Ac didn’t work well at all, called maintenance multiple times for various of reasons, and one time they actually ducted tape my ac instead of just changing it! For the rent they charge it is not worth it.
