It is very difficult to get some people to change to newer ways to bank pay bills etc. Because my family member was going to be doing a little traveling, I helped him set up bill pay just for 2 bills while he was gone. Luckily, he printed the payments. One, that after 10 days had still not arrived at the business and now has disappeared from history. The bank blamed the contracted bill pay company they work with.
