have had only 1 experience with a property manager, and I couldn't be more disturbed after having hired East West to manage my property rental. I was presented with receipts from East West, that was hand written on a restaurant check. On more than 1 occasion, I questioned the amount charged to me, and was told it was their mistake!!! I had East West bring a house cleaner and was informed by my neighbor that following the cleaning the garage door was left open and 2 expensive bicycles that were in the garage went missing.. East west properties are very professional caring and respected in my book I rented from them for almost 2 years any problems I had they were right there to make sure it was fixed I definitely will recommend them as a property management the best management I ever dealt with and if I’m the future I need another apartment/property I will be looking/go through them forsure
