I am grateful for Dr. Pollack's help in dealing with food allergies and energy level. I was blown away from the treatment to alleviate nagging joint and knee pain that virtually went away after one treatment. Thanks for patching me back up and allowing me to remember how it felt to not have to deal with persistent pain issues!
I've been to a lot of natural medicine clinics and I have to say that this was one of the best I've been to. Tamara was fantastic in treating me and she uses state of the art techniques I've never seen before in an acupuncture clinic. You can tell she is very experienced and knows her stuff. Sue, the receptionist, is very friendly too. Not to mention, the office is quite beautiful...makes you feel like you're at a spa with calming music playing. Definitely going back!!
I was someone who never tried acupuncture and was skeptical but a co-worker of mine had some great results so I gave it a try. That was almost 3 years ago. Dr. Pollack has really helped me with pain relief and food allergies I never knew I had. I eat more healthy, have lost over 50 lbs, but more importantly I know what things I need to avoid. I am no longer sluggish and in a fog. Her office is so welcoming and relaxing, it is truly a great experience and I am so glad I found her.
I learned about East West Health through a friend who got treated there and who liked it..So i thought i'd give it a try because I only believe in using holistic medicine. I was in a car accident several months ago and i'm still dealing with some neurological issues when I got a bad concussion. I found out Tamara treats neurological issues like concussions. I recently came in to see Dr. Pollack for pain problems I've been having in my back all the way up to my neck. I explained my symptoms to her during the initial consult and she listened and took notes. She was very thorough in trying to understand what was wrong with me and what could be done to help with my pain. I've now had two treatments and I'm now completely pain free.
