Used to work there. Left, rude co workers to the patients and my complaints to management went unheard. I am in this field to care for and help people. They come in because they are sick. The last thing they need is to be greeted by someone rude. Found another place that takes your insurance. There are hundreds of doctors out there. Sorry to say that there was at least one good provider here and I hope that she gets to leave and go elsewhere.
Second visit to see Dr. Kirk Nelson. Wasn't any better than the first. Most unfriendly, unpleasant and rude staff I have ever experienced. There will not be a third and I have mentioned their attitude to all who inquire. Front desk girl should not work with people. Not sure animals either.
