처음으로 리뷰를 남깁니다. 가격을 생각해서 대단한 서비스나 친절을 기대한 것은 아닙니다. 하지만 입구에서 결제하고 키를 받는 과정에서 직원분의 응대가 너무 불친절하고 불쾌하게 느껴졌습니다. 단순히 결제하고 키를 받는 짧은 순간인데도 어떻게 고객을 이렇게 기분 나쁘게 응대할 수 있는지 의문이 들 정도였습니다. 주말에 기분 좋게 사우나를 하러 갔다가 입구에서부터 기분이 상했고, 결국 좋지 않은 기분으로 나오게 되어 많이 아쉬웠습니다. 관계자분께서 이 리뷰를 보신다면 최근 다른 고객들의 리뷰도 함께 확인해 보시고, 입구 직원의 고객 응대에 대해 점검하고 개선해 주셨으면 합니다.
They have made great improvements the rooms are bigger comfortable and clean!!!
Not sure why so many bad reviews. It’s $30, free parking, you get hot/cold tubs and everything else you get just like any other sauna here but for way cheaper. Also, less people and there is a gym too. It may not be the best but there are no other sauna where you pay $30 dollars to have a gym and also a resting area that's arguably quieter and better than other places in my opinion. Lot of negative reviews here which I personally disagree with. Come with a good attitude and be nice and you will be treated well.
