Worst customer service. I placed an order in Dec 2017 & never received it. Of course they charged me. I have sent numerous emails and left messages (since they never answer the phone). I did finally get an email Mar. 9th that my Dec order would be credited but NOTHING! And I still can't get a hold of them.

I have been using your products for years and love them. However, costumer service is completely non existent. I've been waiting on my prenatal vitamins since January and have only been able to get through to someone once or twice. Ive emailed, called, left messages and nothing! No updates or tracking numbers of any kind. Especially frustrating because they are pricey and I feel like I just threw my money down the garbage disposal. What is going on? This is just bad business
I love the Optimal Cleanse! I always use them right before concerts or special events and it helps so trumendously when I'm trying to look my best. I love the way my skin looks after I use the Optimal Cleanse and I feel amazing, definitely way better than you're average "diet" pick me up! They're great for when I'm on the go and don't have much time to prepare a meal, and I can instantly notice a difference in how I feel and look when I use this product!
One of the strongest customer service which I've met ever! Thank you so much for supporting and consulting! I really love your products, especially Optimal Cleanse and coconut oil! Totally recommend East West Essentials for my friends!
