This is an awesome apartment complex to live in because I Rusty as being a resident of the complex in Newton, Iowa has the freedom that other building complex don't regulate, will I do not know but such as having a garden and plant flowers in a special area outside the building and hanging wall pictures so I recommend the complex as a perfect place to spend the rest of your days of existence.
The people are nosey they have cockroaches everywhere really bad and people do drugs there its not a place for kids at all.there is no locks on the outside doors at all.its not a safe place to live.people get stuff stolen or there apartments will get broken in too.
Nice people. Fair rent. Quiet. Heavy handed lease enforcement. No more pets allowed. No section 8. No two bedroom. 465 for efficiency, and 565 for one bedroom. Very strong police enforcement.
`This place has had bed bugs and every month the company has to come and sweep all apartments. they are in a lawsuit because of it between all the residents. The management is lazy and they didn't do anything to get rid of the bedbugs till it was to late. I've had to take things in and out of my apartment numerous times because of this and they didn't even lift a finger to help WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!!!.
