Dollar drafts on the deck make this neighborhood bar a college student's dream come true. – In Short Located on one of the more bustling blocks of Hillsborough Street, you'll find the East Village to be mostly inhabited by State students celebrating anything from a Wolfpack victory to the arrival of Friday night. My favorite bar ever! – East Village is the best bar at NC State. You can walk there to and from campus very easily, the beer is cheap, and the outdoor deck is awesome. It's a great place to watch away games (or home games that you didn't win tickets for) and the atmosphere is always fun. I've made the best friends of my life on the deck of EV. Just get there early on the night of the Hillsborough Hike!

It is a sad fact that a new deck (or whatever renovations) can not make a floatable ship out of the EV. The food is sti... read more
