I had my second visit today. The communication with the office is very thorough. The office is respectful of my time by keeping on schedule with limited waiting. I am allowed plenty of time to relay my concerns and ask the questions I need to ask during my appointment. The staff are all pleasant and very professional. I am very happy with Dr. Ratz and his care.
My first time visit to the office went well. First of all, parking is very close to the office so that was great. The initial sign in process was somewhat long, but considering the depth of the questionnaire, it was acceptable, if not necessary. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The The nurse/technician was efficient and my X-ray set was ready in short time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly, and I liked her approach to my situation.
