I think I’ve been going to East Village Dental for about 20 years now, possibly longer. It is without a doubt, the best of modern dentistry that I’ve had. It is certainly not inexpensive, but this price is worth good dental health which affects the rest of a person’s body and physical health. Billing team and billing communication are horrible. I paid at the end of my visit and then received an invoice saying I had a remaining balance. The invoice was then sent to the collection's agency, and the billing team continuously says that they will mail me the invoice, but never does. Customer service is also very non-receptive to our concerns, even though there are multiple other reviews saying the same thing.
Fantastic Dental office with very nice, thoughtful DDS and staff. I’ve been going there for decades. Highly recommend.
