The place is the Cabrini Green of Minnesota. There is no security for the building and the office is lazy. I have lived here for 51/2 years and I can't see out windows because they have never been washed. The fire alarms are always going off. The place is filthy and only have 2 maintenance people for over 200 apartments. Market value tenants are second class behind Section 8. I have the original appliances from when it was opened and they won't remodel yet my rent goes up and I pay like those who have been remodeled. The ou... read more
I strongly advise against living here. The management staff are not responsive, give out incorrect information, and do not do what they say they will do. The building often smells and is not well maintained. There is also significant security concerns that management claims to be addressing, however, they have not followed through with many of their claims.
