Need a vet i was told about this place so I emailed them and sent them all my info and they just left me hanging and never got back to me very unprofessional
Never never never go to this vet. Unless you want your pet to die. Brought my dog here with diarrhea they said she had a viral infection or parasite. They checked her temperature with an in the ear human thermometer. Didn’t look in her eyes, didn’t press her belly. Looked at her teeth and said she needs her teeth done. Gave me antibiotics, anti parasite and dewormer. 6 days later she died. The emergency vet that I ended up taking her to 5 days later said she had protein loss entropy it was too late we had to put her down. Ve... read more
Not a client there but was told to give a call for a surgery. Only to find out they have a policy to fix all pets. We have a 10 year old bassist hound and we don’t want this. Of course this will cause the cost of the surgery to remove a lump on her side to go way up and become unaffordable. The fact you can force a policy like this is wild to me and you’re taking advantage of your position on pet owner. Stuff like this is the reason I will longer be rescuing any more animals.
