Worst place ever won't let me book my own pets because my wife dropped them off the first time just ignore my email asking for help for my cat and tell me that I can't book her they don't care about anyone feelings my cat is bleeding and shakeing they just wanna tell me to go apply to other stuff to get funding when I said I need to make payments I thought this was a low income vet that helped people but they just care about their money don't go here ever and I will never in my life recommend this place they need to learn ho... read more
Absolutely lovely staff, very comforting and easy to talk to answer know their stuff
This place, the care, and the staff are amazing. I took my two kittens to be spayed and their surgeries were perfect. Little tiny cuts that were healed within a couple of days. I will use this place for all of my kittens care from here on out. If you’re looking for an Animal Hospital that’s affordable, and the staff care for you and your pets, I highly recommend East Village Animal Hospital-Kitchener.
Thankyou east village pet hospital for working wirh use for Rosie aka sister Rosie..on wenesday Rosie was attacked we got her help asap pain meds and clamox we worked with lindsay one off the mangers to get help with the cost mircoloans are not possible right now and another orgaization I was able to swing funds together we worked as a team ( frazzled me went crazy trying to figure out how to come up with more money due to them wanting to put a drain in :( we got this surgery down in 30 minutes Rosie will return in 10/1... read more
so fortunate to be able to bring my fur babies here, I know they’ll get the best care and i can be comfortable leaving my kitties in their care, you can tell staff has big hearts, genuinely care, and look out for you
