The house and location is actually really good, there are a lot of shops close by, everything you could need except a kind/fair management system. The people who work here are like, just doing their jobs for a paycheck but the carls ad system itself isn't geared toward helping you. Read your lease carefully or have a lawyer look it over, they have many hidden fees that can get you real good..
