The property is under new management Delta and great to work with… no issues so far…

My fiancé & I went to look at the apartment she never took application fee. Also she lied and said she ran our credit and didn’t because we’re black. I don’t have children. I’m contacting the fair housing
I wouldn’t rent here at all I call to check on a 2 bedroom apartment and the lady was very rude to me and she asked me if I had a child and I told her yes I had a 3 year old and she said she couldn’t rent to me because it was and upstairs apartment and that they don’t rent apartments out to people who have kids. Very very unprofessional.
Unprofessional old lady, she turn me down she I said I had kids she said can’t have kids upstairs
