Dr. Werther is the best.
We've been going to this same location for almost 2 years now..my child is turning 2 this Dec. and I called them for appointment and still the staff is rude always cuts you off when you're still inquiring always make you feel that you have to hurry in what you're saying..especially this girl NANCY so consistent in being rude since we started going there..i hope they would discipline or train them with good customer service
Took our newborn son there twice, both times had to wait over 45minutes. Doctor was always late, staff was always rude. We expressed some concerns about our son's weight and eating habits and the doctor said not to be concerned. We ended up going to the ER and spent two days at Cardon Children's Hospital! Dr. Werther dropped the ball and it was extremely detrimental to our son's health. Thank god for a mother's intuition.
I LOVE Dr. Werther! However, I agree with the rude office staff. If you want naturopathic/integrative treatment for your kids but insurance doesn't cover it, Dr. Werther is the closest you will get. Not only is he a doctor, but he is an educator for parents. Thank you Dr. Werther!
